 1. Government issued photo ID that shows your name, current address, date of birth, i.e. Texas driver's license.

Active-duty military may need to show a copy of your PCS orders.

2. After your ID is verified, you will fill out an ATF Form 4473.

3. The FFL will use the information from the ATF Form 4473 to run an FBI background check. There are 3 statuses from the background check.

a. Proceed - the firearm is transferred to you.

b Delay - transfer is on hold.

c. Deny - no transfer is made.

When a delay or deny is received, I am not told why, I will give you a contact card with the NICS number and you may contact the CJIS Division for more information.

1. All inbound firearm transfers are expected to be picked up within 30 days, unless express arrangements are made in writing via email. kenneth@buzzardfirearms.com 

2. All inbound firearm transfers not pick up with 30 days will be subject to a storage fee of $20 per serialized item, per month and any part of a month thereafter. Storage fees may be waivered for deployed service members.

3. Any firearm transfer that have not been picked within 180 days may become the property of Buzzard Outdoor Gear, LLC and may be subject to being sold to cover storage and other expenses, without compensation to the transferee. The 180-day time limit may be extended for deployed service members.
